Our second TruPunch 5000 puncher, with major improvements over the first, (which after 15 years of hard work is still operational) has been installed.  The new machine has, like the previous ones, automated loading and unloading, and a 3000×1500.nbsp; The TruPunch 5000 sets new standards in the areas of productivity, process security and flexibility. The non-play drives allow the highest shaft accelerations and the high rotation speed of the C axis allows extremely fast threading as well as productive machining of complex contours. Thanks to the powerful hydraulic drive, it can punch with up to 1,600 strokes per minute and mark with 2,800 strokes per minute. Intelligent automation components and Smart Functions increase productivity and process security. The brush table allows us to machine stainless steels and aluminum without scratching on the bottom side.
